Swedish Massage

Providing a relaxing and peaceful massage using light to medium pressure. 

Sports massage on leg

Deep Tissue Massage

Helps with musculoskeletal issues, such as sports injuries and strains(not to be confused with sports massage) by applying sustained pressure using slow techniques to target the deep inner layers of your muscles and connective tissue. 

Swedish Massage

Stretching 

Stretching from head to toe to help promote mobility for active clients and for clients who need a good stretch that can’t be self given. Clients are fully clothed in workout or stretchable clothing
